After creating a community-focused fitness and wellness destination at Smokin’ Hot Yoga, founder Tracy Zarriello is preparing to open the doors to her newest project: Nicasa’s Private VIP Wellness Experience, an intimate lakeside designed for relaxation, connection, and restoration.
Created as a private escape from everyday life, Nicasa’s Experience will offer carefully curated experiences in a luxury waterfront setting featuring an indoor heated saltwater pool, private beach access, lake views, and wellness-focused programming unlike anything currently available in the area.

These intimate sessions will be offered in limited quantities and are expected to be among the most sought-after experiences.
