After creating a community-focused fitness and wellness destination at Smokin’ Hot Yoga, founder Tracy Zarriello is preparing to open the doors to her newest project: Nicasa’s Private Wellness VIP Experience, an intimate lakeside designed for relaxation, connection, and restoration.
Construction is currently underway, with an anticipated opening in July.
Created as a private escape from everyday life, Nicasa’s Experience will offer carefully curated experiences in a luxury waterfront setting featuring an indoor heated saltwater pool, private beach access, lake views, and wellness-focused programming unlike anything currently available in the area.

Nicasa’s Experience was designed for people who need a break from the constant noise of daily life.
The experience combines wellness, movement, relaxation, and meaningful connection in a peaceful environment that feels worlds away while remaining right here in Ocean County.

One of the signature experiences launching this summer will be our indoor floating sound baths. Guests will relax on floating supports within a heated saltwater pool while immersed in soothing sounds, candlelight, and a tranquil atmosphere designed to calm the nervous system and encourage deep relaxation.
These intimate sessions will be offered in limited quantities and are expected to be among the most sought-after experiences.
