Sherry Lynn, Pilates/fitness instructor For over 26 years. Wife, mother, and grandmother.
Born and raised at the Jersey shore. I’ve always had a passion for fitness ever since I was young. I knew exactly what I wanted to do and I’ve been doing it ever since.
Movement, mindfulness, strength.
Nicole discovered hot yoga five years ago after taking her first class and never looking back. What began as a powerful shift in her mental health became a deep passion for movement, resilience, and self-connection.
Hot yoga helped quiet her mind and reconnect her to her body in a way nothing else had before. Inspired by her own healing journey, including living with Lyme disease, Nicole pursued formal training to deepen her understanding of overall health and wellness.
She minored in Yoga at Kean University and completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training through Kean, earning her RYT-200 certification.
Nicole is also trained in Psychology, Addictions, & Health & Wellness Coaching.
Nicole’s classes focus on empowerment, flexibility, inner strength, and resilience. She invites students to leave ego and distractions at the door, disconnect from the outside world, and fully drop into themselves.
Her teaching style blends smooth, flowing movement with longer holds and “sneaky hard” strength work that challenges both the body and mind. Music plays an intentional role in her classes, helping guide tempo, emotion, and energy.
Nicole believes yoga should be expressive and enjoyable, welcoming laughter, release, and authenticity so students leave feeling stronger, grounded, and more connected to themselves.
Kassidy’s passion for Pilates began over two years ago and inspired her to become a certified instructor dedicated to mindful, intentional movement that makes you feel good and look good. She believes Pilates is a powerful way to build strength, confidence, and connection—both within the body and beyond it. Kassidy’s all-level classes are designed to help clients feel supported, challenged, and empowered, leaving each session feeling like the best version of themselves.
Originally from Scranton, PA, Kassidy moved to the Jersey shore solo at the age of 24 to pursue her dream in the criminal justice field and to be in her happy place-the beach. What she didn’t expect is that she would discover a deeper calling in guiding others to move well, feel good, and build confidence through movement. When she is not in the studio, she finds joy in journaling, playing volleyball or spending quality time with family and friends!
Kassidy’s warm energy, kindness, and love for connection radiates through her personality and shines through in every class, creating a welcoming space where clients feel seen, supported, and inspired.
