Gen has been practicing yoga for years, and recently
…completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training in hatha and vinyasa. Gen’s goal is to calm the mind and strengthen the body.
She enjoys various styles of yoga including gentle flows, open-level, and strength-based classes. Gen works with college students by day, helping them navigate transitions, build confidence, and find their path — much like what yoga offers in its own way.
Off the mat, she enjoys the beach, working out, being with friends and family, and spending time with her dog. Her goal is to help others feel more connected, present, and empowered both on and off the mat.

Ruby is a dedicated and passionate
…yoga teacher. She discovered yoga as a way to manage stress and anxiety, and quickly fell in love with its ability to bring balance, clarity, and inner calm.
Inspired by the profound impact yoga had on her own life, Ruby felt called to share this transformative practice with others. Her teaching style is welcoming, grounding, and heartfelt, making students of all levels feel at home on their mat. Ruby believes yoga is a gift—and she’s passionate about helping others experience its many benefits in body, mind, and spirit.

Annee is a professional figure skater turned
… passionate movement coach who brings elegance, strength, and heart to everything she does. Known for her grace on the ice and powerful presence on the mat, Annee continues to deepen her yoga practice both as a teacher and student by celebrating self expression, community, and belonging. Her teaching style is fluid and dance-like, drawing inspiration from yoga philosophy. Currently working on obtaining her 500 hour certification, Annee has over 5 years of teaching experience and hopes students leave her classes feeling inspired and supported. Originally from Portland Oregon, Annee also has her Bachelors in Communication. She feels her happiest when moving her body, reading, and spending time with her dog.

Hailey began practicing yoga while
…recovering from a series of leg surgeries, finding healing through movement and community. In 2021, she completed her 200-hour teacher training with Gokul Yoga, inspired to share the support yoga had given her. Hailey leads students through sequences that embrace both strength and softness, empowering them to feel grounded and strong. Expect to engage in mindful, breath-centered movement and experience the power of shared practice and collective energy.

Hannah began her yoga journey…
…in 2023 and quickly discovered how the practice helped her feel strong, grounded, and confident in her body. She earned her 200-hour certification through Kean University’s Yoga Program, building on a solid background in personal training, group fitness, and strength training.
Hannah has taught Yoga, Guided Meditation, and Bootcamp classes for active duty military members and their families, and she is passionate about creating a welcoming space where everyone can move, breathe, and reconnect — both physically and mentally. Her goal is to make yoga accessible, supportive, and healing, so every student leaves class feeling better — in both mind and body — than when they arrived.

Jessica embarked on her yoga journey in 2015
…and was captivated from the start. As an RYT-200 certified instructor and Body Image Coach, she blends her dynamic gym background with the empowering principles of Baron Baptiste’s Journey into Power. Living with anxiety throughout her life, Jessica has found solace in the spiritual and mindfulness aspects of yoga, which help her embrace a serene, quieter side. Her yoga style is as vibrant and spirited as she is—creative, spicy, and centering. She celebrates the uniqueness of every body and honors this diversity by infusing her classes with extra inspiration and a deep sense of inclusivity.

Katerina is a passionate yoga educator
…intuitive healer, and devoted practitioner for over two decades. Her journey began at just 10 years old, but her earliest spiritual awareness awakened at the age of 4—sensing energy, emotion, and unseen realms with clarity beyond her years.
She weaves trauma-informed yoga, somatic healing, and spiritual insight to help others reconnect with their bodies and inner truth. Katerina is also a wellness entrepreneur, holistic beauty alchemist, and a student of psychology and law. Outside the studio, her greatest joy is spending time with her son—drawing, building, laughing, and exploring life’s simple magic together.

Melissa Sue Anderson comes from
…right here in Brick NJ. As a dancer, instructor, and choreographer Melissa has travelled the United States for various dance jobs including; movies, music videos, and live shows. Melissa has a passion for all things movement based and fitness. She’s carried a NASM certification and taught cardio dance classes across the country. If she’s moving she’s feeling inspired. Melissa is happy to bring her knowledge of Pilates and Yoga to Smokin Hot Yoga and can’t wait to embark on this journey with you.

Lori Roland is a fitness instructor, educator
…and presenter with over 20 years in the fitness industry. She has taught dance, Pilates,yoga, TRX and weight classes and her vast background has afforded her the opportunity to present and teach internationally.
Lori is also a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor, she maintains her own private practice and also works as a counselor at a local high school. Lori believes in the mind, body and soul connection and her experience as both a therapist and fitness professional allows her to connect with her clients on a deeper level.
She loves sharing her knowledge and enjoys working with clients of all levels. When she is not working as a therapist or teaching classes, Lori can be found sipping an iced coffee with friends while petting an animal.

Megan is a certified group fitness trainer with a
… background in dance, gymnastics, strength, interval (HIIT), and functional training. Megan has been a competitive dancer since she was 3 years old and was a member of the Lionettes’ Dance team at Penn State University.
She received her B.S. degree in Kinesiology at Penn State and is currently in graduate school to become a Physical Therapist. Her love for yoga started when she was 15 and is in the process of becoming a certified yoga instructor. Meg is known to lead high-energy classes and has a deep commitment to helping others on their wellness journey—wherever they’re starting from.

Nicole has been practicing yoga for
…20 years as a way to return- to moments of stillness, to the body, to the present moment, to the true self. With a day job as a special education classroom teacher, Nicole believes in providing an inclusive level of instruction in a safe space that is accessible to any and all ages/ability levels. She believes that each individual’s practice is a personal journey to be honored, and that she is simply a guide holding space for that. Nicole’s certifications include 200 hour YTT, sonic anatomy and sound bath healing, as well as personal health coach. When not in the studio, you can find Nicole out on the hiking trail, traveling everywhere and anywhere, adding books to her “to read” list and petting dogs.

… and every breath is an invite to ignite your power. Her style is fluid fierce, blending strength with sensuality in a way that leaves you feeling centered, alive and connected to the fire within.

Coach Neff is a certified fitness and nutrition expert…
… with over a decade of experience helping clients build strength, confidence, and lasting habits. As the Founder of Neff’s Nutrition, she blends expert coaching with personalized meal planning to fuel success both in and out of the studio. With her high-energy, no-excuses coaching style, Coach Neff is passionate about helping others unlock their strongest, healthiest selves
