Our Smokin Hot Vinyasa Yoga class is a dynamic style of yoga that combines flowing  movements (vinyasa) with breath coordination in our infrared heated studio where temperatures  average about 98°.

This class encourages continuous movement through sequences that  challenge the whole body and mind- building strength, flexibility, endurance and mental  presence all while promoting detoxification through sweat!  

Smokin Hot Pilates

Our Smokin Hot Pilates Class is a fusion workout combination of core strengthening and  controlled movement with yoga postures in our heated studio where temperatures average  about 98°. This class is designed to build strength, tone muscles, improve flexibility, and  promote detoxification through sweat!  

Smokin Hot Sculpt

Our Smokin Hot Sculpt Class is a high-intensity, full-body workout that blends yoga, strength  training, and cardio, all performed in our heated studio where temperatures average 98°. This  class is designed to build muscle, burn fat, and increase endurance while maintaining the  mindfulness and flexibility of yoga.  

Smokin Hot Smoke Show/Heat & Tease

Our Smoke Show is a sensual, empowering fusion of hot yoga & burlesque-inspired dance,  curated to a playlist of sultry music. A dim, candle-lit room heated to a gentle 95° will melt  away tension and ignite your inner fire. The class flows through a sequence of slow, controlled  stretches and seductive movements focused on building body confidence and celebrating  sensual expression. No dance experience required- just an open mind and a willingness to  move like nobody is watching.  

Smokin Hot Fire Power

Get ready to lengthen, strengthen and sweat in this invigorating training session set in a heated  studio. Using light weights, resistance bands and bodyweight resistance, this class blends  dynamic flexibility work and toning exercises to create long, lean muscle definition, and  improve range of motion, posture, core stability, endurance and improve circulation. Expect  upbeat music and energy that amplifies both mental focus and physical release.  

Warm Gentle Deep Stretch

Step into a serene, softly heated studio where the warmth gently penetrates the muscles,  encouraging the body to soften and release. This class is designed to melt away physical  tension and mental stress through slow, mindful movement and extended posture holds. You’ll  be guided through a series of mostly floor-based poses with longer holds to target the deep  layers of fascia and connective tissue.

With the aid of props, your body will be fully supported,  allowing you to surrender. Expect a slow, meditative pace that incorporates calming breath  work, soothing music and sound healing to invite inner peace. This class is perfect for all  levels, especially those seeking stress relief and a reintroduction to movement.
