Domestic Violence Awareness Event – Free, Donation Based Fitness Class in Brick, NJ

Hannah is teaching a FREE, donation based yoga class next Sunday at Smokin Hot Yoga in Brick. If it’s on your heart to donate day of the class all money goes towards the Providence house for women & children who have suffered from domestic violence. If you can attend, it will be a beautiful night with an opening message, a light stretch and a sound bowl meditation to end. Please wear purple if you have it as it is the color representing domestic violence awareness.
