This 60-minute class is your perfect balance of burn and bliss. The first half is all about core fire — think ab-focused, dynamic movement, and breathwork to sculpt, strengthen, and energize from the inside out. Expect to feel your center ignite.
Then flip the vibe with a light, chill flow and deeply restorative stretches to calm the body and soothe the nervous system. It’s all about letting go, softening tension, and reconnecting to your breath.

Form to Flow Added Breathwork
Move with purpose in this vinyasa-style class that bridges foundational alignment with fluid, breath-driven movement. We’ll begin with intentional shape-setting and mobility exercises to build strength, stability and body awareness. From there, we gradually layer in transitions turning form into a seamless flow. Expect creative sequencing, optional challenges, and time to explore your own rhythm, all while staying grounded in alignment.
A transformative class designed to unlock your body’s full range of motion from the inside out. This session combines intentional breathwork with joint-specific mobility training and controlled articular rotations (CARs) to improve stability, reduce pain, and build strength through isolation.
Each class begins with grounding breath techniques to activate your parasympathetic nervous system and center your mind. We then move through slow, precise joint rotations and isolated movement patterns that target commonly neglected areas like the hips, shoulders, spine, and ankles.

Using light weights, resistance bands and bodyweight resistance, this class blends dynamic flexibility work and toning exercises to create long, lean muscle definition, and improve range of motion, posture, core stability, endurance and improve circulation. Expect upbeat music and energy that amplifies both mental focus and physical release.
