New to yoga? This is the perfect place to begin. Our Intro to Vinyasa class is designed to gently guide you through the foundations of breath, movement, and flow—without the overwhelm. You’ll move at a comfortable pace, learn the essential poses, and build confidence in a supportive, non-judgmental space.

Expect clear instruction, a warm room to loosen the body, and the kind of encouragement that makes you feel like you actually belong here. Because you do.

Smokin Hot Pilates

Get ready to sweat, sculpt, and strengthen in this high-energy, low-impact heated Pilates class designed to fire up your core and challenge your entire body. Using props and dynamic movement, this class focuses on controlled, intentional exercises that build long, lean muscles, improve posture, and increase flexibility — all while torching calories.

Whether you’re a Pilates pro or brand new to the mat, our instructors will guide you through every move in a fun, supportive, and no-judgment zone.

Smokin’ Hot Conditioning

Looking to build strength, tone muscle, and feel empowered—without jumping or high-impact moves? Smokin’ Hot Conditioning is your go-to full-body class focused on slow, controlled movements that deliver serious results.

Set in a heated studio, this class combines strength training, resistance, and sculpting work to fire up your muscles, improve endurance, and help you move better—both in and out of the studio. Expect focused circuits, deep core activation, and a powerful mind-body connection.

Perfect for all levels, especially those who want to feel strong, capable, and grounded without the chaos.

Fire & Restore

Turn up the heat, then melt into the mat.

This 60-minute class is your perfect balance of burn and bliss. The first half is all about core fire — think ab-focused, dynamic movement, and breathwork to sculpt, strengthen, and energize from the inside out. Expect to feel your center ignite.

Then flip the vibe with a light, chill flow and deeply restorative stretches to calm the body and soothe the nervous system. It’s all about letting go, softening tension, and reconnecting to your breath.

Perfect if you want to build heat in your belly, then float into total relaxation.

Form to Flow Added Breathwork

Move with purpose in this vinyasa-style class that bridges foundational alignment with fluid, breath-driven movement. We’ll begin with intentional shape-setting and mobility exercises to build strength, stability and body awareness. From there, we gradually layer in transitions turning form into a seamless flow. Expect creative sequencing, optional challenges, and time to explore your own rhythm, all while staying grounded in alignment.

A transformative class designed to unlock your body’s full range of motion from the inside out. This session combines intentional breathwork with joint-specific mobility training and controlled articular rotations (CARs) to improve stability, reduce pain, and build strength through isolation.

Each class begins with grounding breath techniques to activate your parasympathetic nervous system and center your mind. We then move through slow, precise joint rotations and isolated movement patterns that target commonly neglected areas like the hips, shoulders, spine, and ankles.

You’ll leave feeling more connected to your body, more mobile, and more at ease if you’re an athlete, a yogi, recovering from injury, or just starting your movement journey.

Smokin Hot Fire Power

Get ready to lengthen, strengthen and sweat in this invigorating training session set in a heated  studio. Using light weights, resistance bands and bodyweight resistance, this class blends  dynamic flexibility work and toning exercises to create long, lean muscle definition, and  improve range of motion, posture, core stability, endurance and improve circulation. Expect  upbeat music and energy that amplifies both mental focus and physical release.
