Looking to build strength, tone muscle, and feel empowered—without jumping or high-impact moves? Smokin’ Hot Conditioning is your go-to full-body class focused on slow, controlled movements that deliver serious results.
Set in a heated studio, this class combines strength training, resistance, and sculpting work to fire up your muscles, improve endurance, and help you move better—both in and out of the studio. Expect focused circuits, deep core activation, and a powerful mind-body connection.

Fire & Restore
Turn up the heat, then melt into the mat.
This 60-minute class is your perfect balance of burn and bliss. The first half is all about core fire — think ab-focused, dynamic movement, and breathwork to sculpt, strengthen, and energize from the inside out. Expect to feel your center ignite.
Then flip the vibe with a light, chill flow and deeply restorative stretches to calm the body and soothe the nervous system. It’s all about letting go, softening tension, and reconnecting to your breath.

Booty Belly & Bands
A low-impact, Smokin hot, full-body Sculpt class focused on toning the glutes, core, arms, and legs. Using light weights, resistance bands, and other props, this mat-based class builds strength, improves deep core muscles, and leaves you feeling energized and strong. No jumping or standing required!! Trust us, this one is a lot of fun, you’ll be burning from the inside out!!
Smokin Hot Sculpt & Burn
A full-body sculpt class that blends strength training with deep core moves, booty burns and full body fire to sculpt every inch of you– low impact. Expect light weights, props, and targeted movements to tone muscles and elevate your heart rate.

Smokin Hot Bootcamp
A high-energy fitness class designed to build strength and endurance. This class combines cardio intervals with strength training using bodyweight and light weights for a total-body burn. This one will definitely give you that full body burn you’re craving to start or end your day with a bang. Set your watch, and let’s go!
Sound Bowl Meditation
A deeply relaxing, restorative experience using crystal sound bowls to promote stress relief, mental clarity, and deep relaxation. Perfect for resetting the nervous system and unwinding the body and mind. Expect a perfect night of relaxation, no movement required.
Tips to prepare for this class: Bring your mat, a blanket and pillow (to get extra comfy if you wish!) and comfy loose clothing or pjs! 45 minutes of guided meditation and sound waves that will allow you to pour back into your own cup and let go of a stressful day, week or rid those winter blues. Ultimate self care.

Perfect for everyone and anyone, into yoga or not– This class is perfect for recovery from fitness style classes, deep stretching to relax and restore the muscles, and for destressing.
